Please complete the return form below so we can process your refund quickly and efficiently.

Once we receive your details, we'll email you a prepaid PUDO return waybill and simple instructions for sending back the product.

Note:  Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to full-size products that have been used daily for at least 14 days.
To qualify, the return must be initiated within 60 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

If you haven't used the product for at least 14 days, please wait until you’ve completed your trial before submitting this form.

  3. If eligible, we email you a prepaid PUDO return label

  4. Drop the empty container at any PUDO locker near you (Find your nearest locker here: https://thecourierguy.co.za/locations/

  5. Your refund is processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return
