- 03Yes! We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all full-size products: Restore+, ElectroLyte+, Mastermind, and Ūltron. If you don’t feel a difference after taking the product daily for 14 days, you can return the empty container for a full refund — we even cover return shipping.
- 04If you're not satisfied with your product, simply click the button below to complete our short return form within 60 days of your purchase. Once we receive your submission, we’ll review your request and email you: • A prepaid PUDO locker return label • Easy instructions for sending back your return
- 05To qualify for a refund: • You must have used the product daily for at least 14 days • Return must be initiated within 60 days of purchase • You’ll need to provide your order number or receipt • One refund per product per customer applies* *Each customer is eligible for one refund per product under our 60-day guarantee. For example, if you try ElectroLyte+ and request a refund, you won't be eligible for another refund on ElectroLyte+ in the future — but you're still welcome to try and return other products in our range. - 06Once we receive your returned container, we’ll process your refund within 7 - 10 business days and confirm via email. We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund has been initiated.
