If you don’t feel a difference after taking the product daily for 14 days, you can return the empty container for a full refund — we even cover return shipping.

To qualify for a refund:
You must have used the product daily for at least 14 days
Return must be initiated within 60 days of purchase
You’ll need to provide your order number or receipt
One refund per product per customer applies*
*Each customer is eligible for one refund per product under our 60-day guarantee.
For example, if you try ElectroLyte+ and request a refund, you won't be eligible for another refund on ElectroLyte+ in the future — but you're still welcome to try and return other products in our range.

Once we receive your returned container, we’ll process your refund within 7 - 10 business days and confirm via email.
We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund has been initiated.
