5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery takes approximately 5 - 7 business days within South Africa.
We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all full-size products: Restore+, ElectroLyte+, Mastermind, and Ūltron.

To qualify:

The product must have been used daily for at least 14 consecutive days.
The return must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.

To start a return, customers must complete our online Return Form. Once the request is approved, we will issue a prepaid PUDO locker return label. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6.2 General Returns (Unused Products)

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to pre-authorisation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general (non-guarantee) returns. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

6.3 Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
